THF Drenching is a free improvisor, revolutionary Marxist and composer of musique concrète, based in Manchester, England. He was born in 1977 within the elysian auspices of Fenland District Council.

As a dictaphone-player, he was one fifth of Derek Bailey's final band Limescale. He was also half of the bricks and dictaphone duo Pleasure-Drenching Improvers. His favourite Dictaphone is the Aiwa TPM-130.

As a poet (writing under his state-sanctioned name, Stuart Calton) he's published five books. Four came out on Barque Press and one is self-published.

As a composer, he's completed seventeen albums of musique concrète, electronic music and various dubious overdubbed semi-improvised amalgams. The first thirteen originally came out on Fenland Hi-Brow Recordings, but are now FREE. There's an interim half-hour E.P. there too. A bunch of other things are HERE. The the rest came out on the present imprint and are NOT FREE.
