To the heralds of truth perpetual memory; to the orthodox senate many years.
"Yea, You Sorry Now"
(CoD006) IN PRODUCTION.
by David Birchall, THF Drenching & Odie ji Ghast
I'M SORRY, BESTIE:
Two magnificent improvised suites for electric guitar, dictaphone and vocals. Odie ji Ghast has edited two sessions into a relentless procession of densely chronic polychrome events, a towering black cheese-grater studded with bottle-caps and wreathed by howling phantoms.
Birchall uses an amplifier constructed out of an Ace Ventura VHS box re-routed into a cable drum as a resonator, making a tearing sound like the death rattle of a suspension bridge. Perverting the course of justice, Drenching smothers his amp with a pillow like Leland Palmer on Jacques Renault, and toots a tattoo on a dismembered dog-toy. Ghast meanwhile flits between obsidian cliff-faces like a virtuoso pigeon distorted in the mouth of a turbine.
This is our beloved album, with whom we are WELL PLEASED: don't miss the most incredibly fine opportunity to irritate your senses by a horror that would make you discharge for a decade
